Animated Buzz is an online animation forum, a lot like Facebook in layout, created by Mario Furmanczyk, an animator from Walt Disney Studios. On the site you can post your work and ask for critique on animations projects and drawings as well as find people who are also interested in animation and are working towards the industry.
The site has a set of weekly online workshop posts done by several people who work in the industry to help people have a daily practice and development of their skills such as storytelling poses, gesture and animal drawings.
Ive found it as a really good way to start getting more comfortable with contacting people through digital means as I'm not very comfortable talking if its not face to face.
