Drawing Practice - Anatomy

It has recently come to my attention that i have a need to improve my drawing skills. I personally want to be able to take my drawings further and into more detail as illustrations and to work simply for animations not because i HAVE to as i can't draw any more detailed but because i CHOOSE to.

The first step is getting figures anatomically correct. I can do observational drawings to gather movement and abstract imagery but when it comes to making accurate drawings of people i struggle. So i will be posting the development of my anatomy drawings while learning from the book 'Figure drawing for all its worth.

These are my first attempts at rough arms and outline as well as locating all the muscles in the body.
